Q.

my baby is 3.5 months old.. baby weight is 5.3 kg.. Mother feeding.. I am getting enough milk..but still the baby is not gaining weight... please suggest.. birth weight was 3 kg

A. dear mum baby should gain at least 500 gram weight per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less so your baby is doing good continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete at one time feed from only one breast
