my baby who is 4+ months old is not gaining enough weight at the time of birth he was 3.480kg and now he is just 5.100 kg. I'm breastfeeding him but still his weight is not according to the scale kindly suggest what to do

oh..no The fact is your child is having enough weight
he is not underweight
please don't get Panic for his weight
it's absolutely fine
