Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if child is 2 and half years old is becoming irritable and not gaining weight it is very difficult to comment it here without a proper examination so it's advised to consult your doctor for proper examination and according to that the doctor will guide you in this matter proper
