Hello Dr πŸ™πŸ» I m unable to attach my usg report here that's why m writing it down below. Diffuse dilatation of bilateral retroareolar mammary ducts seen with mobile internal echoes suggestive, largest duct measuring 3.8mm on right side and 3.1mm on left side. IMPRESSION:- Bilateral diffuse ductal ectasia in pregnancy (BIRADS-II) Plz help me by correlating this as m facing bloody brown discharge from both of my breasts since my fifth month of pregnancy till now so my general surgeon suggest me this usg of both of my breasts. plz help me...kya ye thik ho skta hai?Dr ne iske alawa do tests aur kare hain jisme one is prolactin test and one is cytology test. kya m baby ko feed krwaa paaungi iska Treatment lekr??πŸ™πŸ»

A. hi mom yes it can be treated .. just do not worry get ur cytology done and start tt acc to the report .. but do not neglect it ...
