Hello Dr 🙏🏻 I m in my 8th month of pregnancy and i was facing bloody brown discharge from both of my breasts since my fifth month of pregnancy till now.Dr done my usg , cytology and prolactin test. I am mentioning the report below of these tests. Prolactin range on 4/6/2021- 421 Prolactin range today 23/6/2021- 18.4 USG - Diffuse dilatation of bilateral retroareolar mammary ducts seen in mobile internal echoes suggestive largest duct measuring 3.8mm on right side and 3.1mm on left side. IMPRESSION:- Bilateral diffuse ductal ectasia in pregnancy BIRADS-II. Cytology:- Benign nipples secretion, cytology is consistent with ductal ectasia. According to these reports, should i breastfeed my baby after delivery or not bcoz infection is there so I don't want k baby ko koi prblm ho iski vjh se,milk agar aa bhi gya after delivery,to chances nhi hai k ye infectious discharge milk m mix hokr baby k andar jaa skta hai??
