Hello Dr I m facing bloody brown discharge from both of my breasts since my fifth month of pregnancy till now. so m writing down my usg report here as i m unable to post the picture. Diffuse dilatation of bilateral retroareolar mammary ducts seen with mobile internal echoes suggestive, largest duct measuring 3.8mm on right and 3.1mm on left side. Impression:- Bilateral diffuse ductal ectasia in pregnancy (BIRADS-II).

A. hi mom u will have to consult with your surgeon for proper examination and treatment .. take proper tt as it will difficult for u to breast feed later ..

A. Can it be possible for me to breastfeed my baby after treatment? Or after treatment also, i wouldn't be able to breastfeed my baby???
