Hello Dr I m facing bloody brown discharge from both of my breasts since my fifth month of pregnancy till now. so m writing down my usg report here as i m unable to post the picture. Diffuse dilatation of bilateral retroareolar mammary ducts seen with mobile internal echoes suggestive, largest duct measuring 3.8mm on right and 3.1mm on left side. Impression:- Bilateral diffuse ductal ectasia in pregnancy (BIRADS-II).
