Hello Dr, I'm C-section delivered woman, after how many months shall I start exercise to reduce weight

A. Hi mom It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Also make sure that your stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with yoga, jogging, cycling, walk etc. Take care
