Hello doctor Myself preetika I am mom of 18 months old girl. After my C-section I am gaining lots of weight.

Maam since it has been 18 months to your delivery I suggest you please hit your gym whatever form of exercise you are more comfortable we do that go for intermittent fasting take a diet from a nutrition because when we feed a child sometimes eat mindlessly and that leads to gain a lot of weight so you really need to work up on these things as of now which is what is going to be the thing to do
