Hello Doctor My baby's 4 days baby I'm not having sufficient milk to feed her. Can u please suggest to me what to do to increase my brustfeeding. upto that I have to give to my baby

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom not to worry for some it takes time for some to produce milk , keep a positive attitude. Also keep yourself well hydrated is very much important as well . Foods such as panjiri , garlic , oats , flax seeds c dry fruits , milk, drumstick leaves , fenugreek leaves , ajwain, jeera or saunf water are also very much helpful
