#AskTheExpert To increase my breast milk I'm using lactonic granules from 1week I didn't get any results can u please suggest me how to increase my milk and it's should sufficient to my baby.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Take ¼-1/2 teaspoon of Shatavari powder.Take it with milk or honey twice a day after taking lunch and dinner.Repeat this on a regular basis to improve breast milk production.
