Hello doctor. . my baby is about to complete 4 months now.... it's sunny now. . can I use fan for him?

yes u can keep ur baby under fan. there is no problem in that that...
At night cover ur baby with sheet under fan.
Exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months. Take care and all the best
