Q.

hello doctor, im breastfeeding mom am suffering from cold from 1week ..I just consult physician they advice me to take amoxiv cv 625, zincold, asthakind-LS syrup..its safe

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicinestr like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can bge used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

You haven’t mentioned the age of the child but if you have mentioned it to the doctor that you are a breastfeeding mother still if your doctor has given you to go ahead with certain medicines and I’m sure they would be knowing that they are offering you the safest medicine is to be given to theWrite Your Answer Here
