Q.

hello doctor I have twin babies so breast milk is not enough to both babies so can I start solid after 3 month slowly? it is safe for the baby?

A. no first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child. small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungry they will take feeding.x .x

A. hello uf the bm is not sufficient then give babies infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug and no other food till the baby complete 6 months as it can be difficult fir baby to digest food which would be better and also safe too and no worries
