Q.

I have a twin babies 5 months 9days old... Both babies are crying frequently for not enough milk... Can I start solid for both of them

A. babies will have enough milk if the pee count is around 6-8 times and baby is sleeping well crying frequently may be because of digestion issues if mother milk is not sufficient you can give formula milk start solids after baby complete six months
