AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means your feed is sufficient for the baby. If ur baby is crying of hunger then u can give formula milk to ur baby
