To increase milk flow You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals abd drink plenty of liquids abd have a glass of water after feeding baby and massage your breast towards nipple and make more skin to skin contact with baby

Can I have lactation supplements along with that also I’m going to advise you that you should have really good amount of liquid into your daily diet because this is a really helpful and fibre and protein also play a very very important roles about 3 to 4 L of water is going to be good enough
