Q.

Hello Doctor , Couple of days back confirmed about my wife pregnancy(in her 5th Week). Planning a birthday celebrations Next week , Ordered a Casatta flavoured cake but my mother advised not to go for it . I’m bit confused, which flavour cakes is safe for pregnant women . Eg:- Chocolate , Butter scotch , Vannila , Pista flavour .
