Hello doc, Im a breast feeding mother of 11 month baby girl, can i take "Nutrafirst green bean slim capsules", or "Himalaya ayur slim capsules"as im redusing weight, please suggest??

Why do you need to take such supplements ?
Did any physician (allopathic or ayurvedic) prescribed it ?
Please don't take any supplements without prescription from physician
in fact if you are taking balanced diet and sunbath , you don't need any supplement.
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
