Q.

I am a breast feeding mother and i got mouth ulcers,may i take B12 capsules? Or is it effective to baby?

A. hello you can take these while breast feeding and also continue your iron and calcium supplements. if anything more is there then you must get yourself evaluated and start the medicines.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and you are having mouth ulcers so you should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and cap becosule daily one and apply zytee cream

A. hi parent no mam it is not affected please include natural probiotics in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter curry dhokla idli etc it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
