can I take omega 3 capsules while breastfeeding with vitamin d and b12 capsules

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Omega three you can take but for vitamin D you have to take one every week for only three months after that you have to stop taking it and B12 also you can take if you are low on your vitamins okay supplements are only meant to be taken when you are sure that you are low on them then you can take it during lactation also no problem
