Hello all, mere bete ko cold ho gaya hai aur nosy beh rhi hai and fever Bhi hai wo 13 months old hai.plz kuch bataiye mujhe kya karna chaiye.

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect fsteam is helpful. For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due tco climate changes and temperature variations . If fever is present give paracetamol.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Sinarist 1.5 ML2 times in a day you can go ahead with giving Calpol to the child the dosage is going to be say 1.5 ML and you can repeat it after six hours of the fever does not subside or it comes back again and consult your doctor ones
