Cold can't be due to molar teeth eruption so loss of appetite can be due to cold and fever so prefer giving liquids like soups and semi solid foods to the baby and give indirect steam by using a vaporizer and apply vicks baby rub on chest back and sole of the feet and if body temperature rises to 100F then give crocin syrup
