Hello all it’s been six months post c section. What are workouts or yoga I can do to reduce my weight and belly fat ?? Can anyone suggest which worked for u

A. Dear mum, you should begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga to reduce your weight. Gradually you should increase the intensity by starting weight training, jogging, running. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts help in toning the stomach muscles.
