hai sir good morning recently my child underwent adenoidectomy surgery due to grade 4 adenoids and ENT specialist told he is having tonsils but he is below 4years so I didn't perform tonsilectomy he said in future we will see and we will undergo tonsilectomy and to avoid that surgery what precautions we should take for tonsils
