Hai Doctor my 2year 3months old has cold from 15 days but she is active and eats well should I warry? please answer

A. Cold could be due to an allergy also so of course you should be concerned that how to treat that because your child would be very discomfort because of this and get an allergy test done for your child so that you can treat your child on that basis
