#AskTheExpert My daughter eats well and she is very active but her weight is not increasing really well. She's 2year 8 months old, her height is 3.2 feet and her weight is 10.2 kg. What shall I do to increase her weight?

A. give her soaked almonds honey banana.Give her a balanced diet with fruits vegetables and eggs.Give her protein rich food and ghee.

A. just bal diet for the baby .A balanced diet containing of green leafy vegetable and fruit and good protein sources like paneer and egg or soyabeans . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .
