In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assgessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate prgoperly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Yeah yeah yeah it is very very normal a lot of kids have different different sounds when they are laughing or giggling and grunting is the most common sound among them over the passage of time you’ll see the laughter is going to become better the giggling is going to become better and the sound is going to reduce now
