goodmorning dr. my son is 4 yr old his weight is 14 kg he eats everything and doesnt take junk food also still his weight doesnt increase what should i give him

According to his baby weight is totally fine. An average weight of four year old child should be around 13 to 16 kgs and babies weight is fine. You just continue giving daily routine food to your baby and if your baby is taking at least four meals in a day then everything is fine.
