Q.

Good Morning Dr. v r giving sumira (completed 9 and half months) fillowing: 1 and half tsp sooji roasted in ghee and boiled in water with organic jaggery two pinches and then 1 chickoo is added to halwa -in the morning; half apple puree after abt 2 and half hours; 2 tbsp of ragi porridge cooked in water to which little ghee and pinch of jaggery is added; 2 small elaichi bananas mashed-in the evening; 1 tsp rice, hald tsp moong/ masoor dal with handful of diff veggies - cooked and blended and a little ghee is added to puree is above ok ? shd v increase quantity of any ?

A. it's good, continue with it.. also Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
