v r giving blended cooked rice and veggies to my grand daughter who is 9 and half months old.
she feels like vomiting if v give her mashed food.
can v continue to gibe blended food to her ? if yes, for how many months can v continue to give her blended food ?

try to give her extra cooked food and veggies which she can chew and eat easily instead of giving blended one. Salt should be very less in babies food.... 
also u can give her fruits very thinly sliced or mashed.....

try to feed mashed food. cook food extra soft, in semi. solid form. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies

hello maugham you can keep on giving the blended food but still in between you have to keep on trying with the the mashed food also like you can start giving the finger food which babies enjoys a lot when they can hold the food in their hand on their on otherwise it will become a big problem in future
