from when I can start doing exercise after normal delivery??

A. aftwe six weeks. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
