from the past couple of days,I am experiencing increase in Brest milk supply,which results in kind of cramps.may I know the reason.i didn't change any diet plan.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. It's absolutely OK to pump your breast milk and give it to your baby in a bottle. Pumping is a great way to provide your child with your breast milk without putting them to the breast.
