I am a mother of a 3 month baby and now my milk supply has become very low from past 3 days how to increase the milk supply

A. bajri porridge with jaggery in it helps a lot to boost milk... it helped me too...intake of dudhi is also helpful

I would suggest to have "satavar" powder in milk early in the morning to increase your milk supply naturally.
Also the more you'll latch, the more feed will come naturally. Continue breastfeeding till 6 months exclusively and don't forget to give burp after every feed.
