Guardian of a 1 yr 4 m old girl2 weeks ago

From November starting my baby is not well with cold and fever, first week went to doctor he prescribed medication. Then I felt she was fine in second week. Now again in third week she is having cold and fever. First she vommits due to cold the next day she gets fever. I need to know where I am making mistake

A. dear mom. due to sudden change in weather she is catching infection make sure to keep good hand hygiene, give syp sinarest for the time being, offer her immunity booster food, avoid cold wind n cold climates
