my 10months old boy has cold and cough and fever we consulted doctor and he prescribed medication, after starting medication he is going to poop frequently and poop color is green with red with muscus in it.what is the reason

A. this red stool is not looking nornal at all.. as ur baby us too yiung, it is preferabme to consult ur local doc for further treatment n management. ok.
