for baby drops I used Doppler with little water in it because of cleaning.can I use those baby drops further or not

If there is no need to clean it because if you’re using a dropper that is basically like a cap only which you can put on to the bottle only bottle of the medicine that you are giving because if you are using water to use it then before using filtered water so even if your child has there is no problem with that
