#AskTheExpert my baby is 3 months now and I'm being advised to give her tonoferon drops. After starting those drops my baby does black poo and yellow susu , is it normal ? Is it because of drops or any other issue.

A. this is absolutely normal if the child doing black colour motion after iron drops nothing to worry if a child is any kind of constipation you can give neopeptine drops along with this
