It can be used throughout the year you can use it in summer is also winters also and during winter oil I’ll recommend you to go ahead with using warm and mustard oil or double oh that’s going to be better during winter but Olive Oyl and almond oil and even coconut oil can be used throughout the yearWrite Your Answer Here
