#expert advice Mera c sec hoke 3 months hone vala hai 10 dys me. I wanted to start walking so i want to know how much time can I do walking

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes ypu can ne doing walking which should not be a problem and you should slowly start with few mins of walking and then increase the time as per your Comfort which should then be better and not a problem.. do not strain yourself too much also
