Hello ma’am Maybe you are eating something which is forming much gas into your body so would advise you to just eat which is a light food to eat like you know bottle gourd or something like that and reach for these vegetables are really very good light to eat and digest so try to switch yourself to the lighter food rather than eating anything heavier And do consult your doctor ones
