ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. no. stop. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.
