Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, it is always recommended or suggested to not breast feed while you are pregnant. You can give for ula milk to your baby than breast feeding.but if your gynaecologist allows you then you can proceed. Good luck and take care
