Q.
Due to poor weight gain of my baby..Dr has suggested lactodex.HMF sachet...does it really works??? I am very much worried about my baby s weight...at the time of birth it was 3 kg...after one week it drop to 2.695 and now it's 2.770

It is pretty normal to losse some grams of weight after birth and then they regain their birth weight and then start to put on weight , so monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight
