due to lack of time i am not able to do any exercise or walk... suggest other ways by which i would be able to lose weight fast....

A. dear there is no shortcut or easy ways for sustainable weight loss eat mindfully reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged food good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources good water intake Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps
