A. Hello To lose weight you can 1. exercise daily for 45 minutes 2. Include lean protein foods like egg whites, low fat paneer, pulses, curd, Butter milk, skim milk 3 Add lot of Vegetables, few servings of fruits & nuts daily 4 stay well hydrated
