A. simply do exercise and have balance diet. don't take too much sugar and junk food. be happy and don't skip your meal.

Way to lose weight is best as exercising and a proper balanced diet where you have healthy food avoid having junk fried sugary food they are going to help if you can take a diet from a dietician second option is workout with intermittent fasting so that also is going to be quite beneficial for you to lose weight
