A. only way to lose weight is to do moderate exercises you have to do brisk walking jogging yoga etc take diet less in fats and carbohydrate adequate water is very important

A. hello make sure to have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also it is important to have regular work out which should be good and helps to reduce your weight and you can do yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form
