A. To lose weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are processed, packaged and junk. Avoid excess ghee and oil intake. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day.
