Q.
drinking ajwain water lead to vomit so can i swallow raw ajwain to increase breast milk. delivered baby on march 20th.... pls help.

Yes you definitely can go ahead with that not a problem but do not use it in too much of quantity because since the weather is too hot if you have too much of carrom seeds you can actually face the problem of rashes and heat into the body so you need to be very particular with that
