does all the dose of vitam9ns we took during pregnancy will go to the baby in the womb e.g. if we take 3mg folic acid, all the dose will go to baby in the womb or what

A. hello, i am taking 3mg folic acid a day, but when I Google it was saying it's too High dose and lead to brain development problems in the babies, but I have anemia in the stages of pregnency that's why my doctor suggested to me take 2 tablets a day total 3mg folic acid, is there relation between folic acid and anemia, worrying a lot about it,
